GE Vernova Electrification Software Customer Portal access
To get access to the Utilihive SDK you need access to GE Vernova artifactory, and for that you need an account in the GE Vernova Electrification Software Customer Portal. To register, follow these steps:

Check for Existing GE Vernova B2B SSO: You might not need to register if you already have a GE Vernova B2B SSO. If you believe this is the case, inform the GE Vernova Support contact assisting you with account creation.

Navigate to Registration Tool: Go to the GE Vernova B2B SSO registration tool at https://registration.gepower.com/registration/#/register.

Fill Out Registration Form: Complete all required fields.

Submit the Form: The 'Submit' button at the bottom of the screen will become active once all Registration form fields have been successfully completed. Click 'Submit' to proceed.

Confirmation: Upon successful validation and submission of your information you will see a confirmation message and be prompted to sign in. Do NOT select 'Sign In' when presented with the message confirming your GE Vernova B2B SSO creation.

Request Account Activation: To complete account activation, ask your 'sponsor' colleague (a member of your organisation who already has an account) to update the Customer Service Portal case they raised to trigger this request. Alternatively, if this request was emailed, a NEW case should be raised by them on your behalf with the following information:

Subject: New User Account Request

Case Type: ServiceNow & Support Tools Administration (when this case type is selected, several of the previously mandatory fields for case creation become greyed out)

Description: Your full name, Your email address, Your newly created User Name (GE Vernova B2B SSO).

Login Confirmation: GE Vernova will then complete the final steps and notify you to log in and confirm you now have access to the Customer Portal.
